Meet Danny

Danny Studstill has served clients across South Georgia for more than four decades. Based in Nashville, Georgia, he provides experienced legal counsel to individuals, families, and businesses throughout the surrounding communities. Known for his steady approach and practical advice, Danny works closely with clients to understand their needs and provide clear guidance on important legal matters.

A native of Lakeland, Georgia, Danny graduated as salutatorian of his class at Lanier County High School in 1971. He earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Valdosta State College (now Valdosta State University) and received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law in Atlanta in 1980.

Danny has practiced law in Nashville, Georgia for more than four decades, serving clients throughout South Georgia including Tifton, Homerville, Pearson, Lakeland, Alapaha, Fitzgerald, and the surrounding communities.

​Danny and his wife, Janet, have two sons, Chase and Justin, and six grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his grandchildren, and remains active in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit Bar Association and Flat Creek Baptist Church.

Sarah Foss

Sarah has worked with the practice since 2007, and brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate closings, along with a Bachelor's in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies from Valdosta State University and hands-on escrow expertise.

Cheyenne Eshleman

With eight years at the practice, Cheyenne brings hands-on experience across closings and estate work, alongside day-to-day case management and client communication — helping things run smoothly from the first call to the closing table.
